One year after inducting our first apprentices, we now welcome an average of ten apprentices per year. The best reward was in our communication survey when an employee said: “I would like to say congratulations to the business on the Apprentice Programme. This gives us the opportunity to bring young talent into the business. These people can then form part of our progression planning for years to come.”

We commit to supporting the apprentices in their career by developing their skills. If you are interested in becoming an apprentice and have a successful start to your career, we look forward to hearing from you: ThinkBIG@gefco.co.uk
