To deliver its consumer products from 15 plants to 19 countries in Europe and Central Asia, L’Oréal has developed a successful partnership with GEFCO: GEFCO teams have implemented an international control tower located in France managing all road, ocean and rail transport orders. A single point of contact, relying on 16 operating agencies, is responsible for supervising L’Oréal’s activity from order reception to performance monitoring.
Based on this dedicated organisation, GEFCO enables L’Oréal to have full visibility of its international flows and strengthen its agility and proactivity. Indeed, this close cooperation over 10 years has enabled GEFCO to gain a deeper understanding of its customer:
