GEFCO Forwarding would like you to me the newest member of the Time Critical Solutions team... "TRACY"

Our Time Critical Solutions team at GEFCO Forwarding have launched a new voice-activated tool ‘TRACY’ towards the end of 2018 that allows customers to access real-time information via their smart-speaker.

The tool is linked directly to GEFCO’s Freight Forwarding software of choice ‘Cargowise’ providing customers with secure and unique codes to follow their shipments, door to door, by simply asking their smart speaker.

TRACY is now being used by a number of GEFCO’s customers to obtain key information instantly including flight numbers as well as actual arrival times of their shipments via a simple voice command!
